Brennan Marion was named Colorado’s offensive coordinator in December 2025 after leading Sacramento State to a 7-5 record in his lone season as head coach. The Hornets averaged 33.8 points per game and featured one of the Big Sky’s most productive rushing attacks.
Marion previously spent two seasons as UNLV’s offensive coordinator, helping the Rebels post a 19-8 record and reach consecutive bowl games. His “Go-Go” offense averaged a school-record 36.2 points and 251.2 rushing yards per game in 2024, earning him recognition as a finalist for FootballScoop Offensive Coordinator of the Year. He also developed All-American receiver Ricky White III and all-conference quarterback Hajj-Malik Williams.
Earlier stops included Texas, Pittsburgh, Hawaii, William & Mary and Howard. Marion coached future first-round NFL Draft picks Xavier Worthy and Jordan Addison, the 2021 Biletnikoff Award winner.
A native of Greensburg in the Keystone State, Marion was a record-setting receiver at Tulsa and still holds NCAA career and single-season records for yards per catch. He later signed professional contracts with the Miami Dolphins and Montreal Alouettes.
