Aiden DeCorte joined Colorado in 2024 after beginning his college career at Central Michigan.
The Jackson, Michigan, native played center and long snapper in high school, earning Dream All-American recognition while helping Jackson High earn just the third playoff victory in the program’s first 108 years. He was also a four-year honor-roll student, competed in track and field and participated in community service efforts providing clothing and food to local youth.
DeCorte’s off-field interests give the big long snapper a little more personality: he enjoys working out and working on cars, considers his father his role model and once listed mac and cheese as his favorite food.
Asked for one word to describe himself coming out of high school, DeCorte chose “persistent.” Given a college path that has taken him from Central Michigan to earning his first game action at Colorado, it remains a pretty fitting description.
