Carson Westbrook joined Colorado in 2024 after a two-way career at Schley County High School in his hometown of Ellaville, Georgia.
Westbrook played both receiver and defensive back in high school, finishing his career with 16 interceptions while also developing into a productive offensive target. That versatility followed him to Boulder, where he has worked at wide receiver while also contributing on special teams.
His first two seasons at CU included a redshirt year followed by his collegiate debut in 2025, though an injury limited that season.
The Southwest Georgia product was also a baseball player at Schley County, giving him a multi-sport background before focusing on football at Colorado. His path has been a developmental one, moving from small-town Georgia to a Power Four program and working his way into opportunities on both offense and special teams.
