Corbin Laisure joined Colorado in 2025 after a four-year varsity career in East Tennessee.
Laisure developed as a true two-way player in high school, lining up at tight end and linebacker while earning All-Region recognition throughout his prep career. He also played basketball, where the 6-foot-5 athlete regularly posted double-doubles before focusing on football at the college level.
Military service is woven through Laisure’s family history. His great-grandfather served in the Navy during World War II, while his father and uncle also served in the military.
The Bluff City native is the son of Chris and Kim Laisure and grew up alongside four siblings: Colton, Cassian, Cora and Caroline.
That combination of multi-sport experience, two-way football and a large family with a strong tradition of service provides a much fuller picture of the tight end who made his way from Tennessee to Boulder.
