Jah Jah Boyd joined Colorado ahead of the 2026 season after two years at Indiana.
Boyd made his collegiate debut in 2025 and appeared in four games for the Hoosiers, recording eight tackles and forcing a fumble. His first season at Indiana was lost to injury, resulting in a redshirt.
A three-star prospect from Roman Catholic High School, Boyd starred on both sides of the ball in Philadelphia. He was named Philadelphia Catholic League MVP as a senior and earned first-team all-league honors at both wide receiver and defensive back. Boyd also owns Roman Catholic’s single-season record for receiving touchdowns.
The City of Brotherly Love product brings a versatile background to Colorado’s secondary after spending much of his prep career making plays on offense as well as defense. His path through an injury-shortened beginning at Indiana gave him limited college game experience before his move to Boulder.
