Justin Eaglin joined Colorado ahead of the 2026 season after four years at James Madison, where he developed from a redshirt into an all-conference cornerback.
Eaglin earned second-team All-Sun Belt and All-ECAC honors in 2025 while helping James Madison reach the College Football Playoff. His college career followed a successful run at Pine Forest High School in North Carolina, where he earned first-team all-conference honors twice, first-team all-county recognition and helped the Trojans reach the postseason throughout his varsity career.
The Tar Heel State product also made the honor roll in high school. Eaglin is the son of Gary and Matombia Eaglin and has two brothers, Jaylin and Jordan.
Eaglin studied sociology at James Madison, adding an academic detail to a path that took him from Fayetteville-area high school football to a playoff program and eventually Boulder.
