Jacob Swain joined Colorado in 2026 after finishing his high school career at Melissa High School in North Texas.
Swain earned first-team District 4-5A Division II honors during his senior season at Melissa after previously playing at Cypress Ranch in the Houston area. The move gave him experience in two different Texas high school football environments before his path eventually led to Boulder.
A three-star prospect, Swain developed into a productive outside receiving threat during his final prep season and earned his opportunity at Colorado late in the recruiting cycle.
