Where to buy

The University of Colorado athletics ticket office is the primary seller.

Mobile tickets

• •Tickets are mobile only and cannot be printed.
• •Download the Buffs mobile app, sign in with the email on your ticket account, open Tickets and Manage My Tickets, then add each seat to Apple Wallet or Google Pay before you leave home.
• •If you are bringing guests, transfer each person their ticket in advance rather than saving all tickets to one wallet.

Visitor seating

• •Visiting-team fans and band are seated in the northwest corner in sections 101, 102 and 103.
• •Visiting team will call is in the lobby of the CU Athletic Ticket Office, opening two hours before kickoff through the end of the first quarter.

Parking

Main Campus public parking costs $35 and is first come, first served. It is limited and fills quickly. East Campus parking near Colorado Avenue and Discovery Drive costs $20 and includes a free shuttle that begins three hours before kickoff and runs until one hour after the game.

Football parking lots open five hours before kickoff, but not before 8 a.m., and close one hour after the game. Payment is made after parking through the Text to Pay instructions posted in each lot. Overnight parking is not allowed.

Lot 204 at 18th Street and Euclid Avenue provides $35 accessible parking for vehicles displaying a state-issued placard or plate. A wheelchair-accessible shuttle serves the stadium before and after the game. RV parking is in East Campus lot 544, costs $120 by credit card on game day and cannot be reserved in advance.

Expect delays of up to an hour when leaving campus. If you can, eat or walk nearby after the game and let the first wave of traffic clear.

Public transportation

The HOP connects Downtown Boulder and Twenty Ninth Street with campus. From Denver, take RTD's Flatiron Flyer FF1 to Broadway and Euclid, then walk about half a mile to Folsom Field. Use the Transit app or RTD Next Ride on game day because routes may be adjusted around road closures.

Boulder BCycle also has stations across campus. Bikes and scooters cannot enter the stadium and must be parked outside the security perimeter.

Rideshare drop off and pickup

The primary football rideshare zone is at Euclid Avenue and 18th Street. Alternate pickup points are Safeway on Arapahoe Avenue and University Avenue at Macky Drive. Walk to an alternate zone after the game if congestion at Euclid is heavy.

Bag policy

• •Folsom Field follows a clear bag policy.
• •Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags may be no larger than 12" x 6" x 12".
• •One-gallon clear freezer bags and small clutch bags up to 4.5" x 6.5" are also allowed.
• •Diaper bags are not exempt from the policy.
• •Medically necessary items are permitted after inspection.
• •There are no public bag-check facilities or lockers. Items left at an entrance will be discarded.

Gate map and information

General ticket holders may enter at the southeast, southwest, Porter, northeast or BuffWalk North entrances. Premium ticket holders should follow the entrance printed on their ticket. Students have a separate entrance on the south side of the stadium and must present a valid Buff OneCard.

The southwest entrance is convenient for fans arriving from The Hill, downtown, accessible parking in lot 204 or the primary rideshare zone at Euclid Avenue and 18th Street. The southeast entrance is convenient for fans arriving from East Campus.

Gate open time

General entrances open two hours before kickoff. The student entrance opens 2.5 hours before kickoff. CU recommends entering at least 60 minutes before kickoff because every guest passes through security screening.

Box office

The Franklin Field Ticket Booth at the southeast corner of the stadium opens four hours before kickoff, but not before 8 a.m., for ticket sales when available, will call and mobile-ticket problems. The main CU Athletic Ticket Office is on the first floor of the Champions Center at the northeast corner of Folsom Field and is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Visiting-team will call is in the main ticket office lobby. It opens two hours before kickoff and remains open through the end of the first quarter. A valid ID is required.

Restrooms

Women's restrooms are in Balch Fieldhouse, near Gates 2, 7, 8 and 12, and on the east concourse. Men's restrooms are in Balch Fieldhouse, near Gates 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11, and on the east concourse.

Family restrooms are on the east concourse opposite Gate 9. Single-occupant, gender-inclusive restrooms are on the east concourse, and a unisex restroom is available at the Gate 3 first-aid room. All restrooms are accessible.

Wifi

CU does not publish a spectator Wi-Fi network for football games. Stadium guidance warns that Wi-Fi and cellular service may be slow or unreliable near the gates, so download tickets and coordinate with your group before arriving.

Accessible seating is distributed around Folsom Field. Call 303-492-8337 at least two business days before the event when possible to request accommodations or exchange a ticket for accessible seating.

Accessible parking is in lot 204 at 18th Street and Euclid Avenue. A wheelchair-accessible shuttle runs between the lot and the southwest entrance before and after the game. Elevators in Balch Fieldhouse, Dal Ward Athletic Center and the Champions Center provide access to applicable levels. Closed captioning appears on the video boards and is also available on mobile devices at https://cubuffs.com/ccfolsom.

Lost and found

During the game, take found items or report a loss at Guest Services near Gate 5. After the game, email guestservices@colorado.edu or call 303-492-5318 on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
